class="content"> <p><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 0);color:#ff0000"><strong>脱硫喷射器@枣强蓝宝喷射器抽真空在蒸发系统中用碳铵液法改进</strong></span></p><p>国家大型化肥厂尿素生产过程中，原来是用1.1MPaG的中压蒸汽，通过一段蒸发<a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20201021130555/http://www.zaoqianglanbao.com/">喷射器</a>、升压器、二段蒸发喷射器来实现，但是现场消耗蒸汽158kg,尿素蒸发尾气含氨约920kg,操作现场噪音较大。<br>改造后利用碳铵液作为自身动力介质，应用高效水喷射器抽真空，代替原设计中压蒸汽抽提蒸发系统。<br>注意事项1循环液随着氨浓度的提高而上升，夏季碳铵液温度高，循环液温度上升较快，要及时打开补水阀进行降温。2循环液氨浓度随着抽真空时间的推移而上升，当氨浓度上升到一定程度，需补水置换循环槽，以免影响真空度。该碳铵液抽真空在尿素蒸发系统的应用，现场噪音明显减小，达到了节能降耗和稳定产品质量的目的，而且抽真空效果明显优于传统蒸汽喷射器，装置稳定，污染小，效益高。</p><p><span
